I would agree with BBB in my experience because the technicians are incompetent and are not held accountable. They continuously make mistakes and then try to clean it up afterwards. Then Build my wheelchair blames the customer for telling the truth about personal experience. That's not how a business is supposed to work. Supposed to make things right and return product if needed for something more suitable. Build my wheelchair lacks fundamental cooperative skills. Overall half ass service might impress a newly disabled individual but not someone with experience and education. Incompetence best describes my interactions with this company. The virtual evaluation was fraud. Chair didn't come as ordered. Tech wasn't prepared for the visit and ignored the SPECS I sent Troy regarding my current chair. He ordered a 7 inch fork for example that is literally touching the floor. I listed a 6 inch fork from what I gathered which would have been most appropriate. Troy lacks critical thinking skills. In in the aftermath Troy showed he lacks many other skills and has a poor attitude towards disabled people. Preconceived notions about disabled people. Again no accountability with this company. Troy won't get fired being a dumbass in other words. Troy is developmentally retarded and doesn't know it. Lacks culture.
